Commission Sales/New Business Development
Abrisuite’s Commission sales/New Business developers are responsible for identifying, qualifying, pitching and closing sales opportunities for the organization. New Business developers thrive on the challenge of finding and cultivating relationships with prospective clients, meeting to understand their needs and masterfully closing the deal. For some clients they will hold onto the relationship in order to grow it, and others they will skillfully hand off to our Account managers. The role reports to the Director of Sales.
You Will:
- Look for opportunities to promote Abrisuite and its products
- Build your sales pipeline in targeted industries, identifying key prospects using Linkedin, industry lists etc., outbound prospecting (cold calls) and referrals
- Using our CRM develop your own system for scheduling and proactively following up on new leads
- Qualifying and convert raw leads into new opportunities
- Add value to the customer experience by asking great questions (and then really listening) to develop a thorough understanding of their unique requirements. Advise the customer on the best product(s) to accomplish objectives and provide creative solutions to exceed customer expectations
- Close those amazing opportunities you’re bringing in
- Maintain accurate lead, opportunity and contact information within the CRM. Deliver reports to management and provide the feedback you’ve gained from talking with prospects
- Develop an in depth understanding of Abrisuite’s purpose, values and , trends(including our competition) as well as developing an awareness of client requirements, preferences and changes within the local market, competitors and Industry
- Assist in the development of Marketing content including website, email, white papers and presentation decks
- Contribute to the team’s success by participating in sales teams calls/meetings, sharing best practices and success stories, collaborating on proposal development
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- We’re growing and evolving so the role will evolve with client and company needs
- Approximately 90% of the role will be focused on new business development with the remainder focused on account management
- Work Independently
You Have/Are:
- 2+ years of a proven track record/selling experience lead generating (cold calling) and selling
- Ability to identify client needs and develop solutions that deliver value to the client
- Successful with engaging of all levels in an organization
- Strong business acumen and work ethic and a strong drive for both client and personal success
- Outstanding communication, problem solving, organizational and time management skills
- Have experience with CRM’s and ability to manage a variety of software business tools including the Office suite of products
- Strong lead generation and cold calling abilities
- Solid Organizational and time management skills
- Desire to seek out potential clients at industry events
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
